1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Perishable goods
Downloadable or digital products
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 calendar days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
