1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Valinas cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
